WebHostingHub is a excellent web hosting provider that offers top of the line shared web hosting plans that are easy enough to figure out that even the computer novice would have no problem understanding. They specialize in hosting business websites with an emphasis in optimization to those that do not have a large Internet fan base. This allows businesses to start out with a strong business website that will generate good clients, traffic, and sales.

Hosting plans are limited to shared hosting only. However, don’t let that fool you because this American based company offers unlimited bandwidth, unlimited space, a free website builder and domain name and the option of unlimited emails and websites. Unlike many other hosting sites, WebHostingHub offers a sliding pay scale that is based on how long a contract you sign. The cheapest agreement is for three years. There is also a very competitive affiliate program that allows customers to sign up friends and others interested in their own website. Upon successful referral, $100 will be paid to the referee.

There is no uptime guarantee, however, in a blog post from 2011, it was suggested that they have an uptime of 99.98%. All of the servers are factory tested at Dell, where they come from. There are two data centers, one on the west coast and one on the east coast, ensuring a smooth hosting experience. WebHostingHub touts using Green Data Center Technology, meaning that energy used in their hosting services is either renewable or that renewable energy certificates are purchased by the company to offset non-renewable resources.

Anyone can call on support 24/7 via phone, email, or live chat for free help.  There is also a comprehensive forum that patrons can post questions, get help, and chat about things that work for them and don’t with other people using the site. The support team monitors the forum closely and guarantees a response within 60 minutes. For those that don’t like to call in to support for help, they can read several tutorials to learn to do what they need for themselves. They also have an active Twitter and Facebook feed.

As far as WebHostingHub coupons, credits for free advertising on Google, Bing, and Yahoo are offered. There is also a generous 90 day money back guarantee. Not all services are refundable, such as the free domain name, SSL certificates and domain privacy would be deducted from the price of your hosting.

I am a new customer with WebHostingHub, so I cannot comment on Uptime & Reliability. What I can speak on is the quality of support I have received to date. I experienced login issue with the premium site builder feature, which appears to be ongoing, based on my perusal of help requests I saw; while looking for a resolution on my own. My first attempt with customer support was done online, which did not resolve my problem. My second attempt was done through phone support and resulted in a resolution that took less time than my hold time.

My overall opinion of WebHostingHub\\\'s support is overwhelmingly positive! I was impressed with their commitment and dedication to me, and my problem. As long as their attitude towards customers is as I experienced, they will retain me as a customer; much longer than my 10 years I spent at Godaddy.
