All of these statistics are posted on their website with traffic statistics and information on how quickly support tickets are being answered; regularly, within 10 minutes.  Statistics about the individual data centers are posted in the site, and tours of specific facilities can be found directly on the site.  Unlike other hosting sites, this award winning site has disaster planning that provides backups for their backups in case anything were to ever go wrong. While some may not be happy with other host's technical support teams, SingleHop posts right on their site that they do not outsource their technical support to other countries or call centers. This is a point of pride for the technical team that they declare it right on the site. Technical support can be reached by Facebook, Twitter, phone, email, or live chat 24/7. Also uncommon for a hosting website, SingleHop posts their SLA in a SingleHop Bill of Rights prominently on their site so that anyone can see it. This specifies uptime, hardware replacement and other important facts and information. Because SingleHop is geared toward business and is not a simple, cheap hosting site, they don’t offer SingleHop coupons because the people that would be looking to purchase service would be more interested in uptime instead of discounts for signing up. There is no money back guarantee for services which hasn’t been an issue since large amounts of upfront cash aren’t taken. According to the cancelation policy, a written statement must be given within three days of the billing date and their service will cease.
