The best part of inMotion hosting has always been its service. Doesn't matter at what obscure hour I've called, I've always spoke to someone who understand IT and could explain things both technically, or plainly. I recommend inmotion hosting.

The 24 hours technical support is key and appreciated. I've only had pleasant experiences with customer support and technical support. I had recommended my old work place to switch to inmotion hosting and they did. A reliable host is key to a business and I'm happy about the service I am receiving.

While InMotionHosting is good at servicing, their terms of service are lacking in that they offer services like FTP, but only in name. If you ever go outside the scope of your website their support jumps on you and requires deletion of the directories. I had a website that linked outside the public HTML of my site and required FTP level authentication, but even though it was within my site, they still decided that it wasn't within their terms and threatened me. I am dropping them after this term.

The agent was extremely helpful. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the extremely long hold time I experienced before getting an agent. It was at least 20 minutes if not 30.
