I have had virtually no downtime with HostPapa. On the rare occasion when
service is interrupted it is for a very short period of time and with advanced
warning so I know what is going on. Customer service has been patient and
diligent. Problems I have had have often taken more than one email but
they make sure that I know exactly how to correct the issue before calling
the matter closed. They have made running more than one website a
hassle free experience. They offer a variety of supports and options to
maximize my sites that are easy to use and wonderful tools.

It's been three years I've been with HostPapa and I can only think of one time we had some small downtime. Proven value! I was happy with the unlimited email accounts which I never thought I'd actually need but you'd be surprised once you start a little home business! I didn't want to look small so one of their incredibly friendly reps suggested I take advantage of the email accounts and create a seperate account for different types of contact with customers.
