I have been a customer for over a year and this is the worst hosting I have seen. Support is completely useless - my longest unresolved issue took over 2 weeks to resolve. My website is frequently down and after purchasing the private Tomcat it not only crashed after first deployment but also made my whole website inoperable for over 2 days.

I have complained about this on the Arvixe forum but after some responses when I checked couple of weeks later my posting was deleted. Great!!!
